A customer brought in their bike after having a few issues from being serviced by another garage. The head had been reinstalled with a problem from the gasket. This was not done correctly and is causing compression issues. I wanted to just replace the entire gasket which would fix the problem full stop. I found the right gasket by using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Kawasaki schematics. A little searching but I found it in the end. The price from Webike was exceptional and far better than could be sourced locally. With a couple of other gaskets and parts for this service, I had all shipped using my preferred courier. EMS delivered my order in 5 days which is the norm for this courier. The gaskets and other parts were packaged really well and no chance of any sort of damage in transit. All the gaskets were actually kept flat. This gasket is a rubberised gasket and not a metal or fibre one. This meant that even though Webike packaged it flat, it was not really needed but was a nice surprise that they took the time in doing this. The quality of this rubberised gasket is excellent. No extra rubber bits floating around and the fitment was spot on. Fitting was pretty straight forward too and now begins the rebuild of the head. Thank you Webike for the great service.
