All the items were packaged really well and bubble wrap and air pockets were used to fill any space in the box. Webike even tape the outer box on all sides so nothing can get in out. The filter arrived in perfect condition and fitted as I mentioned above in about half an hour total and that was including cleaning the surfaces and prepping everything. The final result was great, all sorted and no leaks. If you do it right the first time, follow the instructions this won't happen anyway.
