SWAGE-LINE Pro Front Brake Hose Kit

■This product is for when you change the front brake master and caliper to Brembo.

The hose length of the handlebar and F fork is set in the stock condition.
No rear hose kit available.


SWAGE-LINE Pro is a high-end kit that retains the functionality of SWAGE-LINE, but has been designed with parts that are completely exclusive to the vehicle, such as hose routing and ABS compatibility, to enhance the ability to customize brakes.

Meets Japanese Industrial Standard JISD2601 "Automotive parts - Non-mineral oil pressure reducing brake hose assemblies" (tensile, burst, pressure resistance, whip, etc.) based on ISO3996.

[3] High quality three-layer hose
Teflon, which is flexible, strong against pressure, and has extremely low frictional resistance on the surface, is made into tubes by pultrusion molding.
It is protected by stainless steel mesh which is made of the best material, wire diameter and weaving method.
It also has a custom PVC coating for added durability.
The hose is available in clear or black.

The fitting shape of the hose end makes it easy to attach, detach and adjust the angle.
You can choose the material from "aluminum" which is the most beautiful and "stainless steel" which is the strongest.

[5] Reliable caulking method
By caulking the hoses and fittings in the same way as the stock hoses, the accuracy and safety of the seams are dramatically improved.

[6] Unique safety measures
Skirt and damper structure" is adopted to cover the caulking part completely.
Even if the hose swings violently due to the expansion and contraction of the suspension, the caulking part does not directly damage the hose.

In accordance with the MFJ Road Race Technical Regulations, the hose junction of the tri-piece has been placed "above the under bracket" since 2004.
(Except for some models)

A 2-way separator (T-style) or 3-way adapter (Y-style) is used to shorten the length of each hose.
If you need to extend the hose for replacing the handle, you only need to replace the hose between the master and separator.
It is the best method for customization in both appearance and function.

From the master cylinder to one caliper and from there to the other caliper.
The "bi-piece" is a simple way to connect two hoses together.
This is also a great option if you don't want to add more parts to the stem area.

One end of the hose end features "banjo direct swaging," which allows the banjo to be inserted directly into the hose, a first for motorcycles.
