[About the installation]
・Step side bracket
1. Install the bracket under the engine.
Use the front two holes of the four holes under the engine where the stock steps are installed.Insert the supplied 10mm collar between the engine and the bracket and install using the M8 flat head bolt.
2. Move the vehicle body harness to the underside of the frame neck.
The harness next to the frame neck interferes with the clamp when the clamp is installed.
Remove the harness and fixing bracket and move the harness to the lower side of the frame neck.
・Neck Clamp
3. Attach the clamp to the frame neck.
Attach the clamp to the frame using the M6 cap bolt with the special collar in between.
Adjust the gap between the upper neck of the frame and the clamp to 10mm-15mm so that the groove on the back of the clamp fits the frame.
After temporary assembly, align the clamp body and check the position.After adjusting the position, tighten the two M6 cap bolts on the lower side.
Tighten the upper one after installing the frame arm.
・Frame Arm
Attach the left and right frame arms using the M8 cap bolts.
