This is a large capacity oil pump for KSR110 / KLX110.
The engine is cooled more by circulating a large amount of oil to the engine which generates more heat by increasing the displacement.
Also, by installing the oil cooler kit and super oil pump at the same time, the performance of the oil cooler can be further improved.
The discharge volume of the super oil pump is about 30% higher than the KSR110 stock pump.
The body of the super oil pump is made of machined aluminum, and the gear is made of resin.
It can be used for a wide range of engines, from stock engines to custom engines.

About quality and texture: The product is made of aluminium alloy, and the plastic part is of high quality plastic.About the feeling of use: There was no real way to measure, but from what my mechanic could see, it did somewhat improve oil pressure and disribution. Products to buy together: There is no need to buy any other product as it comes with all neccesary nuts and bolts. However, this oil pump is recommended when installing an aftermarket oil cooler, especially if it is place at a higher elevation than the head (near the air box).Difficulty of installation: Obviously, since it involves opening the crank cover, you'll need to have a trainined mechanic do the installation or a the very least, mechanically adept. Cost performance and comparison with other products: It is relatively expensive when considering the simplicity of the design, but the level of build quality is apparent. So I guess you get what you pay for. Plus, there isnt any other oil pump choice aside from OEM. About shipping and packaging: As usual from Webike and Japan, packaging was top notch and delivery was quick.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: None.

When installing the Oil cooler, please use it with us.
I put it on at the same time when I installed the oil cooler.
I added the oil cooler to the oil cooler because it is better to increase the discharge volume to turn the oil further.
We are still in the wait-and-see stage here, but the oil temperature has clearly dropped!

I bought this Takegawa Super Oil pump for may Kawasaki Race Bike. It is really well build as the oil pump housing is CNC Alloy so it is premium quality. I bought this with a oil cooler and Takegawa bypass so i can lower my engine operating temprature. It was easy to install as long you have the right tools. No need to remove the primary gear just the crank case cover. It dexently price but another oilpump made by another company has a much higher volume output. Item is well pack and ship quickly. When instaling this make sure that you have the right tools.

However, I can't really feel whether the capacity of this product is getting bigger and bigger It is a disappointing product, but I think it is useful I think you can put it on even if it's not booted
