Excellent lower seat frame, required no modifications to install on 2012 Honda Ruckus and installs easily with ratchet set and Phillips screwdriver. Helmet lock is only difficult part to swap over and may require cutting a slot with a Dremel to \"unscrew\" the bolt counter-clockwise. Some minor areas not coated with paint but barely visible, very fast shipping--Japan to Canada in a week.
