*- This product cannot be installed on the KLX110 (LX110A-000001~).
- KSR110 / KLX110 requires SP Takegawa Hydro Clutch Conversion Kit or Aluminum Die-Cast Manual Clutch Cover to be installed simultaneously.
- The KLX110L requires the SP Takegawa die-cast aluminum manual clutch cover to be installed simultaneously.
- This product is only for use on the KSR110 with SP Takegawa Special Clutch Conversion Kit (without gears) or Die-Cast Clutch Cover Kit (without gears) installed. It cannot be installed on any other bikes or without the previously listed parts.
- The installation of this product requires disassembly and assembly of the clutch. In addition, there are parts where the use of special factory tools is specified. Make sure to refer to the genuine service manual for the model which the product is intended.
- Please prepare the service manual. You may asked to prepare special tool to perform the work on this product.
- If the clutch kit is equipped with gears, the drive gear cannot be used because the number of teeth is different. Make sure to use the drive gear for the 6 disc.
- For replacement parts, use the repair number on the side of the product. If you have any questions, please contact the dealer where you purchased the product.
- Make sure to use new gaskets. If there are any worn or damaged parts, make sure to replace them with new parts.
- This product is not compatible with KSR PRO (KL110EEF) JKAKL110EEDA88121 ~ and Z125 PRO (BR125H) , but can be installed on KSR PRO (KL110EEF) by purchasing SP Takegawa clutch cover kit for KSR110, wire type / hydraulic type (without gear) and quick shift kit separately. Z125 PRO (BR125H) can be installed when the special clutch full kit is purchased, or when the special clutch cover kit for Z125 PRO is installed. This product cannot be installed on the KSR PRO (KL110EEF) or Z125 PRO (BR125H) as a stand-alone reinforced clutch kit. (The stock clutch cover cannot be installed)
- If using it on Z125 PRO (BR125H), the Quick Shift for KSR110 cannot be installed..

[Product Description]
By changing to a 6 disc clutch compared to the standard clutch (5 discs), the clutch capacity is increased and the set load of the spring can be set lower (in combination with the standard spring), making clutch operation lighter.
This 6-disc reinforced clutch kit comes with a primary drive gear that increases the primary reduction ratio by about 14%.
It is suitable for both stock and custom engines.
The number and combination of clutch springs can be adjusted.
Primary drive gear (14% increase in primary reduction ratio type)
Improves throttle response and allows 100% of crankshaft rotation to be transferred to the secondary clutch without a centrifugal clutch.
Kevlar compound friction disc
Kevlar friction discs are used for the friction discs for improved durability.
Reinforced clutch spring
6 reinforced clutch springs with 10% higher spring rate than stock (compared to SP Takegawa) are included.
About the use of reinforced clutch springs
Use the reinforced clutch springs in combination with the stock clutch springs according to the engine specification and your preference when operating the lever, referring to the table.
Even when using the same clutch spring, increasing the number of clutch friction discs will increase the clutch capacity and make it harder for the clutch to slip.
When using the clutch spring for KLX110(A1)02 model, the rate of increase will be different from the rate shown in the table because it is different from other models.
