At the time of one year inspection, I was also concerned about Belt and Pulley, and when I had a look at them at a local motorcycle shop, they said that there was nothing wrong, and by the way, if I had opened the Case, it was recommended to replace the weight roller because it was inexpensive and changed the characteristics of driving. I think it was 2 gram lighter than the OEM one, but I got it replaced. Sure enough, the start became sharp and the driving became pleasantly quick. Acceleration is a little better and it climbs hills quite nicely. There is no deterioration in fuel economy so far. I'm glad I made the change.

Used on Initial ModelBirdCity125. The vehicle was purchased used and had a mileage of over 16,000 km, including my own, and the Belt Trip = Odo, so I decided to replace it at the same time as the Belt replacement.
I checked on the Net and found that the OEM weight roller of the BirdCity125 is 10 g. I was not particularly dissatisfied with the performance of the OEM, so I chose the 10 g weight roller, which is the same as the OEM. The removed OEMRoller showed that 1pc. out of 6 had minor wear. If the OEMRoller had been used as is, wear would have continued and other Rollers would have worn out. Not only the Belt, but also the Roller will probably deteriorate and may need to be replaced at the same time.
The OEM Product was worn out before the replacement, but after the replacement, I feel that the movement at startup is smoother. I also changed the oil and the belt, so perhaps it is just my imagination, but the fuel consumption is a little better than before.View Detail
