I slightly regret not getting it, but the price didn't seem worth the value.Difficulty of installation: Very easy, 19mm wrench, 12mm wrench, 4mm allen, 10 minutes later and you have a removeable passenger pillion.Cost performance and comparison with other products: You get what you pay for, it may be more expensive than throwing a pad on the rack, but it works much better, looks nicer, and functions flawlessly.About shipping and packaging: Fantastic, ordered on feb 9 and received in Tennessee US from Japan Feb 14. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: None other than make sure you don'tn want the rack.
