I found the factory turn on the 636 throttle to be a little too long. Because it's only a 636 you end up using a lot of the throttle compared to a 1000cc, and so being able to go from closed to wide open throttle faster and easier is a huge benefit. Slow speed control isn't affected and it's still easy to get a lot of granularity out of the throttle. Highly recommended to any 636 owner.Installation isn't hard but does take a while because the tank and air box has to come off. Once installed making adjustments to the pulley diameter is very quick and straight forward.
