In a normal state, since it missed something even if the height of a brake pedal and a step was almost the same, and it was hard to break it into me and it carried out height adjustment by the crevice side, height exchanged for the tilt step which can be adjusted three steps.
Attachment was serious than expected.
It is written to the instruction manual that it will be easy to attach if engine oil is applied to a rubber washer.
It cannot attach, unless it actually applies oil.
20-mm up is past [ the low one ].
The about the same as normal at 34-mm up.
It became a best position by 48-mm up.View Detail
I was not happy with the squishiness of the OEM footpeg, so I removed the footpeg rubber, but I felt uncomfortable with the position, so I bought this product which has a good product review.
First of all, the removal of the OEM footpeg requires the use of a socket wrench because there are some places where a Glasses Wrench will not fit.
Since Screw lock agent is applied to the bolt, beginners need to be careful not to nudge it.
The Left Shift side doesn't translate, but the problem is the Right SideBrake pedal side.
I removed the adjustment Nut on the Brake pedal to allow the Pedal to move Free to create Space for the tool.
Installation can be done easily by reading the included instruction manual, but considering the vibration of the single cylinder engine and the fact that the OEM footpeg screw lock agent was applied, we recommend the application of a medium-strength screw lock agent from GACHI Screwetc.
As for Position, I was impressed with how different it was when I test drove it. I was impressed. No problem in terms of strength.
I think it is a good product with good machining accuracy for the price.View Detail
Since I am mainly on road, I was concerned that the Foldable OEM might get stuck and move, so I replaced it with this Fixed Type one.
The footpeg position is raised, so it can be recommended for those with poor footing as it makes it a little easier.
Licking the head of the OEMfootpegBolt is a terrible idea, so you'd better loosen it with a solid tool!View Detail
[How is it used?
Installed on FTR223.
Applications:City driving, Touring, Circuit driving
Used for about 4 years.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Image is correct. I felt that if I installed the footpeg at the highest and most back position, it would not rub even if I banked deeply.
Was the installation difficult?
I remember that the OEM footpeg mounting bolt was very tight and I had to add a pipe to the Hexagonal Wrench and step on it with my foot to loosen it.
For installation, the Instruction Manual is well prepared and can be read without any problems.
How was your experience with it?
This is one of the few options for Rear Sets on the FTR223.
As mentioned earlier, when I installed the footpeg at the highest and most back position, I did not have any footpegs even when I banked deeply in Circuit driving.
Also, the footpeg did not bend when I fell over.
The surface of the footpeg was well processed, so that it could be stepped on firmly. Thanks to this, I was able to put a good load on the footpegs and create a good trigger for cornering.
The strength of the anodized is also good, and I have used it for about 4 years and it has never peeled off.
In general, I was satisfied with the Large custom parts.

[Was there anything that disappointed you?
None in particular
Point and hang of installation
Although I didn't use it when I installed the footpeg, I used a medium strength screw lock to prevent the bolt that holds the footpeg from falling off or loosening. (Locktite, THREEBOND, GACHI Screw, etc. anaerobic adhesives) I think it's a good idea to use
Also, the tools used are the Spinner Handlebar for removing the OEM footpeg and for final tightening. (Breaker bar) I think it's best to use a hex socket bit and a hexagonal socket bit so that you can apply a torque.View Detail
These things look dope. I'm excited to install them. They have a nice aftermarket look without being too flashy. These must be rare, because I have never seen them on any other bike. View Detail
