By changing to mesh brake hoses, the effect of braking will be transmitted directly. It is easier to control the speed and to shorten the braking distance. AC Performance Line is not only set up specifically for each model, but also accommodates hose length changes and banjo angles that may be required when changing handlebars or calipers.
●Features of the AC Performance Line 1. Revolver type socket Pursuing an aggressive image in the revolver-style design with a motif of the ring body part of the pistol. It's a complex style, but very compact.
2. Polyethylene cover (commonly known as: Patchin sleeve) Dress up the caulking area with a removable polyethylene cover. Hide the exposed caulking part.
3. Nylon cover These parts are used by Goodridge to meet the TUV standard. The TUV standard is a government-approved certification standard that is considered the most stringent in Europe.
4. Caulking type The internal structure of the brake hose is the same as the stock brake hose, ensuring safety on the street. The use of stainless steel parts has dramatically improved durability.
5. Hose structure The inner hose, which is compatible with all types of brake hoses, is protected by a fire-resistant and corrosion-resistant stainless steel mesh. In addition, the vinyl coating on the outside improves abrasion resistance, friction resistance and cleanability.
Points of Attention
* If there may be an instruction manual included, it will be written in Japanese.
Reason for purchase I wanted to keep the possibility of brake hose damage to a minimum by falling down while driving in a rough terrain.
I wanted the 0Brake lever controls to be conveyed to Direct.
0I wanted to dress-up as well because I was lonely looking.
Installation We will be replacing the OEM Hose with Stainless Steel Mesh Hose. We will ensure each work I think that it is not a Large strange work even if it takes time if it is done to
When tightening the Banjo bolt on both the Master Cylinder side and Caliper side, the BanjoAdapter position will be shifted. I think it is better to check the angle when you connect the hose in the car by temporary assembly.
0BanjoAdapter with Fitting as Quantity:If you set it, you can fix fitting by Spanner/Monkey to some extent. I think you can do this so you can tighten the Banjo bolt in the position you are aiming for.
0The air bleeding process is not that Large strange if the air does not enter the Master Cylinder. If you replace the hose without opening the cover of the reserve tank, it will be difficult for air to enter.
Even if air enters the Master Cylinder, the angle of cut of the Handlebar is used to control the Master Cylinder. If you change the height and direction of the tank and check the air bubbles coming up in the Reserve tank, I think it will come out surprisingly.
0Holder and Brake hose fixed to Caliper by Bolt (13D7-25875-00) but I don't think it can be installed as well as OEM. If you install it forcibly, Hoose is going to be disconnected by vibration while driving.
0It is good to make it by oneself, but it takes time.
I twisted the Plate part of the Holder a bit to match the angle of the 0Hose.
I also used pliers and water pump pliers to Firmly grab the black iron rod part and bend it into OEM style.
After 0 few runs, I looked at the condition and used Paper, Stick File, DiamondFile, etc. Brake hose will be chamfered where it contacts the hose.
Effects 0It's no surprise, but Brake's Touch is better.
0AnodizedParts and Hoses of different thickness and quality from the OEMHose for a better look.
I think my vision has improved because the thick Hose has become a little thinner (I think it's probably a mood thing).
Current state We have not used it in severe conditions or in race yet, so we don't know the real effect. I'll be at the G650 XCOUNTRYEnduro in a few months, so I'll be there to see the differences from last year. I would like to feel the
0The car is equipped with a hand guard, so when it falls over, the hand guard pushes the MASTER area with a gap and the Banjo bolt I'm worried it will come loose.
The year before last, when I fell on a downhill, the Hand guard pushed near the OEM BanjoAdapter and The whole Hose has moved in the direction of loosening.
I didn't notice it and was going down the road when I tried the front brake and I couldn't feel the grip. I thought I was going to run straight into a Lift prop.View Detail
After switching from stock brake lines to AC Performance Braided Lines, there is a huge difference on braking response and no extra effort is needed when hard braking.. Will recommend!Installed on my 2019 Serow 250.View Detail
Product quality and finishing is excellent, although the alumninum nuts are slightly soft and can be damaged easily when tightened. Immediately and greatly improves the braking power using the stock brake pump and calipers. It's slightly longer that stock and needs to be looped to prevent it from swaying around. Mine is slightly touching the caliper and needs some protection.View Detail

DAYTONA's Red Pad and Brake hose are installed as Front and Rear Set at the same time. It works TIGHTLY anyway! I now understand how ineffective OEMs can be.View Detail
