I have seen cases where almost everyone who rides TW 200 motorcycle is unable to remove the OIL DRAIN PLUG and removed it after some exhausting efforts, personally as well as through YouTube videos on social networks. With about 9 years of experience, I have faced many such situations. This is why I decided to buy this OIL DRAIN PLUG.I'm not the only one who rounded the yamaha factory oil drain plug that came on with TW200.OEM part number is 5HO-15351-00. Some of the members of the TW200 Fourm ,they recommended this oil drain plug (30X-15351-00) over the factory oem plug (5HO-15351-00)..This oil drai plug(30X-15351-00)perfectly fit & thread pitch look the same.I personaly think oil drain plug torque spec (43Nm or 31 ft/lbs.) way too high.If it's rounded head of the drain plug when removing the bolt .try grabbing the outer edge of the plug with some needle nose pliers Or, very carefully use a hammer and flat head screwdriver.chisel to try and tap it loose. Tap the outer edge of the plug, not the bolt head.Once you get a little groove in the plug, it should start to move, or just break. Either way, have a new plug ready. Yours needs to be replaced . What about that plug is superior to the stock tw plug? It has radial ridges around the nut. This would allow you to use a screw driver and hammer to get it off (30X-15351-00).It also creates a well that supports the socket. It helps the socket find level on its own. always use a 6 point socket ( should be a 19mm) once you want to remove the new plug..Orderd so many product from the webike store and never had a problem. great communication and smooth transaction.Thank You WEBIKE FOR THE SUPPORT.
