KAWASAKI NINJA400 Custom
Japanese Custom Culture
Webike's Opinion
Here is a "KAWASAKI NINJA400" custom by Webike community user "GS". The typical color of Ninja is called KRT (Kawasaki Racing Team) color. The lime green color has a strong impact and is popular among many owners. On the other hand, the Ninja400 introduced here comes in red, white, and black. This one certainly seems to be an eccentric color scheme for Kawasaki. However, this reflects the owner's preferences, which is not influenced by the others. As for the exhaust, he did not choose one from a popular and well-known manufacturer such as Akrapovic or Yoshimura's product. When looking for a different and better exhaust, the owner found a video about Trick Star's Ikazuchi and decided to go for it. Not only the design, but the exhaust sound has more bass and better sound quality compared to the stock exhaust. For the owner, the stock Ninja 400 was too tight in the riding position, and the knee was bent a lot, so the seat was changed to a high seat which is also comfortable for long-distance touring. The handlebar area is red to match the body color. The stock radiator core guard could be used, but since Trick Star's parts (exhaust, lever guard, etc.) are mainly installed, he changed to Trick Star's radiator core guard for the sake of unity. He is also very satisfied with the laser-cut Trick Star logo, although it is not visible unless you look through it when the bike stopping. Many other exterior parts are also installed. Overall, this Ninja 400 is a different kind of Ninja.
